Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a reservation
Using the contact/booking form is the fastest way to get all the information you need.
What clothing should I wear?
We suggest to wear comfortable clothing. Walking shoes are good to have but not essential. Many travelers prefer to spend the day with only flip flops in the summer time and it’s perfectly fine. Don’t forget your bathing suit and towel. During the summer months the toilets are open so you can put on dry clothes after the swim.
Is this trip physically demanding?
This trip can be as laid back or as adventurous as you want it to be. Feel like having a relaxing day out of town, take tons of pictures of breathtaking sights and enjoy a nice bath in the hot springs. You will get it. On the other hand you can also be a little bit more adventurous and go shower under the 60 meter high waterfall, explore the hot spring lagoon and caves, jump off a cliff and much more.
What if it rains?
Tour will go rain or shine. The Valencia weather is extremely good with an average of 300 days of sun per year. In very rare occasions you can have a quick shower when we leave Valencia. This is due to the humidity of the coast. In the mountains where we go the air is usually much dryer and the if it should rain it will be for a very short period of time. A refund or raincheck will be offered only if we judge that the weather is unsuitable to do the tour safely.
Are the tours in English?
Our guides are multilingual and speak excellent English as well as some other languages including Spanish, French and Italian. If your first language is not English it is possible that we can translate some explanations but the major part of the tour will be in English.
